Active User Community and Transparency

We pride ourselves in our active Cascade Server community. Whether you are a client or a prospect shopping for a web content management system, you are free to browse our forums, including our Knowledge Base  and our help forum, where Hannon Hill support staff, engineers, and the services team answer your questions, and where clients also provide tips and tricks to each other. In addition, several of our clients have established their own local user groups. Our higher education clients also created a list-serv, on which they discuss Cascade Server-related topics and strategies.

Idea Exchange

We develop Cascade Server with you, the client, in mind, and we always strive to implement the features that are most valuable to you. Therefore, we encourage you to browse our idea exchange, vote up the features that you would like to see in the product, and post your own suggestions. The idea exchange is always taken into consideration during our product roadmap sessions, and many of our clients' ideas and requests have already made it into Cascade Server. Keep the ideas coming!

Webinars

We offer free Best Practices webinars, for prospects and clients alike. In addition, many of our clients are also hosting Cascade Server webinars in order to share their implementations, educate others, provide tips, and show off their innovative uses of Cascade Server. Videos of our most recent Hannon Hill webinars and of our client webinars are available for your viewing pleasure. 

Free code repository

We’re not stingy when it comes to sharing our code. That’s why we created a GITHUB repository on which our engineers and our services team frequently share their code. Looking for a web services script? A migration tool? A calendar? It’s all there.

Training and consulting

If you need online or on-site training, our Services Team will work with you. We can provide our Cascade Server bootcamp, as well as custom training tailored to your needs. We also offer cross-client group training sessions.

User Conference

One of our favorite times of the year is when our annual user conference comes around, which is typically September. We always enjoy the face to face time with clients, learning from each other, exchanging ideas and having a good time.
